Present moment and No-mind!

 

  1. Drop In: I use my physical senses to snap into the Present Moment.

  2. Immerse: I put on my horse blinders and attack the single task in front of me with 100% intensity (Dhyan).

  3. Witness: If the narrator starts talking, I observe it (Sakshi Bhav) and let the thought pass like a cloud.

  4. Vanish: As my focus deepens, the narrator runs out of fuel. "I" disappear. Only the work remains. This is No-Mind.
