Drop In: I use my physical senses to snap into the Present Moment . Immerse: I put on my horse blinders and attack the single task in front of me with 100% intensity ( Dhyan ). Witness: If the narrator starts talking, I observe it ( Sakshi Bhav ) and let the thought pass like a cloud. Vanish: As my focus deepens, the narrator runs out of fuel. "I" disappear. Only the work remains. This is No-Mind .
