Parenting is hard for good parents. Marriage is hard for good partners.

Parenting is hard for good parents. Marriage is hard for good partners. Good parents are the ones who show up when it’s messy and exhausting. They sit on the floor playing the same game for the hundredth time because their child’s laughter is worth it. They hold tiny hands through first steps, first mistakes, and first heartbreaks, even when their own hearts are heavy. They stay up late worrying about the future, questioning if they’re doing enough, but still wake up every morning determined to do their best again. Good partners are the ones who choose love even on the hard days. They listen when they feel misunderstood, give when they feel drained, and fight for the relationship when it feels easier to walk away. They support dreams, celebrate small victories, and forgive because they know love isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being present. The truth is, doing the right thing is hard. It's late nights and early mornings. It's fighting battles no one sees and still showi...

Image
Steven Duneier's TED Talk: "How to Achieve Your Most Ambitious Goals" Central Theme: Achieving ambitious goals isn't about possessing extraordinary talent, but rather about adopting a practical, incremental approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Fear of light, playing big for others and librate self & other.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, and not the darkness, that most frightens us.  We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous (and everything you ever want to be)?". Actually, who are you not to be?  You are a child of God (evolution).  Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.  We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.  And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.  Marianne Williamson  (via Mission Impossible Leaders Program)

VKE Sr. KG (2021-2022) Graduation Ceremony - Aditya had an event of a lifetime to look back on!

Image
First of all, thank you Dhara Mam, Vrushali Mam, Desiree Mam, the entire FYP team and of course to the Principal Saarda Mam and President Dr. Ghosh.  Kids were missing the school for the last 2 years and getting back to School was the most important event for Aditya (and Arjun as well).  We Indians as a culture know the importance of education and we as a family always come together, pray, do tilak on the first day of school. We also express gratitude on the last day of School. But at VKE we get this at the next level. We do feel School as an extended family. The graduation ceremony emphasised on the importance of education and that too with fun. It was indeed an example of "Learning to love to learn"  We could also witness so much love and care from Teachers for all the kids. No one was left behind. Thank you teachers, we are really grateful.

Reflection on Aditya Banker's online class for Sr KG at VKE

Date: 9th Feb 2022 To, President and Principle, Victorious Kidss Educares. Pune Sub: Parents reflection on Aditya Banker's online class for Sr KG at VKE Dear Sir & Mam, Greetings and Prayers. It feels like a Deja Vu when I recall all the parental workshops from Dr. Robbin Ghosh Sir. "We can know how many seeds an apple have, but do we know how many apples does a seed has?" Can a kid miss school so much that he can fall ill? With Schools moving online, there were many doubts and questions about how can Sr. KG students study online? We used to take extra precautions about the Screen time for Aditya.  But all of our concerns are taken care of very well here at VKE.  We would like to reflect upon Aditya's journey for Sr. KG C at VKE. First of all, we got to know more about the teaching process and the efforts put up by Homeroom teachers. We witnessed individual attention from teachers, especially Dhara Mam and Vrushali mam, for each and every student. Like an offline...
