A User's Guide to Reality I. The Nature of Reality: The Stage and The Screen The Universe is a Static Block (Physics): All of time—past, present, and future—exists simultaneously as a complete, 4D spacetime structure. The script is already written; reality is deterministic. Consciousness is the Screen (Vedanta): The fundamental reality is timeless, infinite Awareness ( Atman ). It is the uncaused, changeless background upon which the entire Block Universe appears. The Mind is a Character (Psychology): Your brain/mind is a character with a fixed path ("worldline") in this Block Universe. It creates the illusion of flowing time to process its journey. The Witness is a Subtle Tool (The Bridge): The "witness" we use in practice is the mind's highest intellect ( Buddhi ), illumined by true Consciousness, used to observe the mind's own games. II.
